or several years I have suffered from mild anxiety, but in the last three months it had manifested into some scary physical symptoms.
At first, I didn’t know what was happening to me: Suddenly, my chest constricted and it felt like I was being choked. I had difficulty breathing, and I could feel my heart pumping hard — it wouldn’t go away.
